The LOFT features 12' Ceilings, Hardwood Floors and Tons of Character! The Kitchen is Original with its St. Charles Metal Cabinetry and Funky Blue Formica Countertops. The Swanky Living Area overlooks Ouachita Avenue! It features a Leather Sofa, 2 Arm Chairs and a 55" 4K Amazon Fire Smart TV.
There is also a Desk set up for guests needing Remote Work Space!
Both Bedrooms are Spacious and equipped with King Size Beds, Quality Linens, Bedside Tables with Reading Lamps, 43" 4K Amazon Fire Smart TV's and EnSuite Bathrooms with Tile Showers.

As you come through the Entrance, you will walk up 1 flight of Stairs to the Sunroom which overlooks the Courtyard. It is the Perfect Place to Enjoy Complimentary Coffee in the Mornings and Plan Your Day! More Pics will be added of the Courtyard Space.
